Professional support for your psychedelic journey

Why Professional Support Matters
Integration therapy helps you process, understand, and apply insights from psychedelic experiences. Whether you're working through difficult experiences, exploring personal growth, or dealing with mental health challenges, professional support can make the difference between a transformative experience and a confusing one.
Key Benefits: Structured processing, emotional support, pattern recognition, behavioral change guidance, crisis management, and accountability.

💡 Choosing the Right Therapist
✓ Look for psychedelic-informed training
Certifications from MAPS, Fluence, California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), or similar programs indicate specialized training in psychedelic therapy and integration.
✓ Ask about their approach
What therapeutic modalities do they use? (e.g., Internal Family Systems, Jungian, Somatic Experiencing, ACT). Do they have personal experience with psychedelics? How do they handle challenging experiences?
✓ Verify credentials
Ensure they're licensed (LMFT, LCSW, psychologist, psychiatrist, etc.) if doing clinical therapy. Coaches should have relevant certifications but aren't licensed clinicians.
✓ Check compatibility
Most therapists offer free consultation calls. Use this to assess rapport, their understanding of psychedelics, and whether their approach aligns with your needs.
✓ Discuss logistics upfront
Cost, insurance acceptance, session frequency, cancellation policy, availability for crisis support, and their boundaries around communication between sessions.
✓ Red flags to watch for
Discouraging you from therapy, offering to procure substances, suggesting sexual contact, minimizing serious symptoms, or lacking appropriate boundaries.
