Risk Level Description Recommendation
CRITICAL Absolute or near-absolute contraindications present DO NOT PROCEED. Medical dangers or high probability of severe adverse reaction.
HIGH Significant risk factors present Strongly advise against use unless in clinical/therapeutic setting with expert supervision.
