❓ Common Questions

Which technique is best for integration?

There's no single "best" technique—it depends on your experience and needs. Vipassana and Yoga Nidra are often particularly valuable for integration. Start with what feels accessible and explore from there.

Can meditation trigger difficult experiences?

Yes, especially after psychedelic experiences. This is normal and often part of the integration process. Work with a teacher and don't push too hard. Ground when needed.

How soon after a psychedelic experience should I meditate?

Wait at least 24-48 hours before intensive practice. Light, grounding practices like walking meditation can be helpful sooner. Listen to your body and don't rush back to deep practice.

Should I use guided or unguided meditation?

Both have value. Guided can help beginners and provide structure. Unguided develops self-reliance and deeper practice. Many practitioners use a mix of both.
